The Pelvic Floor Bootcamp

Pelvic Floor Bootcamp is a series of classes that are live, guided and designed to strengthen and protect your pelvic floor — so you can stay active, confident, and symptom-free. We focus on functional pelvic floor strengthening, posture, hip stability, and breath-based core training to help reduce the risk of:


  • ✔️ Urinary leaking 
  • ✔️ Pelvic pain 
  • ✔️ Prolapse 
  • ✔️ Core weakness 
  • ✔️ Hip and low-back strain


Pelvic health research shows:


  • 1 in 3 women experience urinary incontinence at some point. 
  • Up to 50% of women after age 40 have some degree of prolapse. 
  • Regular pelvic floor exercises (just 15–30 minutes, 2–3x/week) can significantly reduce the risk of both. 


These classes are perfect for anyone wanting proactive pelvic care you can do from your home or desk OR in-person at Vida PT. Join live for accountability, guidance from an expert pelvic PT, and weekly support to keep your pelvic floor strong for years to come.

Lunchtime VIRTUAL Bootcamp

30 minute LIVE Class focusing on strength and flow that you can do at home or in the office. 


TWO class options available:


FLOW: focuses on teaching you to relax your pelvic floor muscles. We incorporate "downtraining" techniques to decrease tension "down there". A lot of our pelvic floor weakness is caused by tightness of our muscles. We t

30 minute LIVE Class focusing on strength and flow that you can do at home or in the office. 


TWO class options available:


FLOW: focuses on teaching you to relax your pelvic floor muscles. We incorporate "downtraining" techniques to decrease tension "down there". A lot of our pelvic floor weakness is caused by tightness of our muscles. We teach you to stretch, lengthen and how to properly relax. 


STRENGTH: focuses on activation of the pelvic floor muscles and all the ways you can strengthen them. 


Classes require that you be in a safe space for exercise. A desk or countertop as well as a chair are needed for most classes.

For those of you who are just returning to exercise and need guidance on how to properly activate  your pelvic floor.


These are small group classes that are in-person.

For those have have already been exercising either. moderate cardio or some weightlifting. We consider this level of difficulty MODERATE.
