• Tumors or suspected cancerous lesions at treatment site 
• Active infection or skin abrasion/open wounds at the treatment site 
• Patients under 18 (except specific conditions like Osgood‑Schlatter disease)  
• Severe vascular disorders or certain neurological (nerve) conditions; needs caution or pre‑clearance
