Any woman who wants to exercise out in nature but doesn't want to do it alone. Some of us love to go out for walks and hikes but don't necessarily feel safe doing it alone. Others need someone for some accountability. I know I do better if there's someone there to encourage, nudge or push me to exercise. And, if you would just love some company surrounded by the beauty of nature then come join!
Each of our hikes will be led by local doctors of physical therapy. Our current roster includes:
Every month will be a different trail depending on weather, level of difficulty and participant availability. We will be keeping a close eye on any conditions that may affect our ability to trek certain trails.
For anyone who is interested, we will treat ourselves by going out for a little brunch afterward. We will post where we will be going and make reservations if needed. If there are any suggestions for a local yummy spot, please let us know! Each person is responsible for paying for their own meal.
